AT OUR HEART, WE'RE A PEOPLE COMPANY
Originally we founded a training company (Collaborative Leadership Team). We wanted to train and teach businesses how to be the best versions of themselves.
Unfortunately, we kept running into the same problem. We'd show up to an off-site training space and realize they didn’t have the resources for us to do our best work.
There was inconsistent service, unpredictable amenities, we were tired of struggling with a lackluster space. It reflected poorly on us and poorly on our brand. In the end, we just created our own.
